LARKFLEET EXTENDS SALES TEAM WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF SAMANTHA WATKINS AS NEW SALES MANAGER

Bourne-based housing and development company Larkfleet Homes has extended its sales team with the appointment of Samantha (Sam) Watkins (41) as sales manager.

Her new role will encompass appraising new and potential developments to help ensure successful marketing campaigns and future sales. She will manage the current and new sales teams for the growing Larkfleet Homes portfolio as well as liaising with solicitors and financial advisors to help achieve the successful exchange of contracts for Larkfleet’s new home buyers.

Sam will also oversee the purchase schemes that Larkfleet offers to help customers purchase their new home. These include the successful part exchange scheme which Sam will now manage and develop.

Sam has gained valuable sales and management experience with roles at housebuilders Taylor Wimpey and more recently at Persimmon Homes.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys time with her partner Lee and two children Carrie-Leigh and Connie. She is also a keen singer and guitar player.
