Håkan Adelwald – New Regional Manager for our Southern Region

We warmly welcome Håkan Adelwald as the new Regional Manager for the Southern Region at Layer Group. With extensive and diverse experience, Håkan looks forward to developing and strengthening collaboration between our southern units and the rest of the Group, serving as a bridge between Group Management and operations.

Håkan's mission is to support operations and foster even stronger cooperation while continuing to promote local entrepreneurial spirit. For Håkan, trust and situational leadership are key elements in creating security and long-term profitable growth.

"I am excited to take on the role of Regional Manager. I hope to contribute with a coaching and communicative leadership style, leveraging my past experiences from large corporations as well as developing and selling my own businesses, both nationally and internationally. Layer Group has driven entrepreneurs, and I aim to build trust and confidence, demonstrate my ability to contribute, and provide clear and reliable guidance."

Collaboration
Håkan sees business opportunities in collaborating across regional boundaries and enhancing synergies within the Group, both nationally and internationally, including with Layer Group’s operations in Finland.

"We have much to gain from close collaboration at all levels. Together, we can cooperate and grow the business. Our task is to strengthen our offering to the market and our customers."

Recently, Håkan also took on the role of CEO for Layer Group companies Golvimporten and Kimmos Måleri and has already made a significant impact on their development. With his strong commitment and extensive experience, Håkan Adelwald is a valuable addition to the Southern Region and the Group as a whole.
