We welcome Stig Erikssons Golv AB and their knowledgeable and experienced team to Layer Group! We’re particularly pleased to welcome a flooring company with such extensive expertise in framework agreements, and one that targets the same customers as our existing Stockholm companies in painting and building services. This bodes well for our collaboration and customer offerings within the group,” says John Strand, President and CEO of Layer Group.

The acquisition of Stig Erikssons Golv AB is an important part of Layer Group’s growth strategy to expand its service offering and consolidate its position as a leading player in surface services, primarily in painting, flooring and industrial paint systems. Integrating Stig Erikssons Golv AB into its portfolio of businesses will enable Layer Group to offer customers in the Stockholm region a more complete array of surface services, as well as opening up opportunities to grow in an attractive market.

“We’re really looking forward to our future collaboration. This is going to be good for our skilled employees and for our customers,” says Pär Dässman, CEO of Stig Erikssons Golv AB.

Stig Erikssons Golv AB endeavours to be an industry leader in environmental management and takes a structured approach to tackling these issues. With the help of Layer Group, these issues can continue to be pursued in a larger context, since the group’s progress is based on a shared foundation, where Layer Group contributes support, development and responsible sustainability work. The commitment that Stig Erikssons Golv AB shows to environmental management and to its employees fits well with the model Layer Group uses to guide the group forward.
