Bulletin from the Extra General Meeting of Framfab AB (publ)

Framfab’s extra general meeting of November 28, 2005 made the decisions to reappoint Katarina G. Bonde, Steve Callaghan, Robert Gogel, Kaj Green and Sven Skarendahl as board members. Lucas Mees and Arne Myhre were appointed as new members of the board. At the following constituent board meeting Sven Skarendahl was reappointed as the chairman of the board.
