Communiqué from extraordinary general meeting of Framfab AB (publ)

Framfab’s extraordinary general meeting of 13 July 2006 resolved to change the name of the company in the articles of association to LBI International AB.

The decision to amend the articles of association is conditional on, and effective as of, registration of the merger of Framfab and LB Icon with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
