Decisions made at Framfab AGM Framfab's annual general meeting decided last night: - that no dividend shall be paid for the fiscal year 1999. - to re-elect Jonas Birgersson, Ken Ceder, Paul L. Saffo III, Sven Skarendahl, Carl Wilhelm Ros and Johan Wall as members of the Board of Directors and to elect Meg Tivéus as new member of the Board of Directors. - to issue 730.640 new shares in order to acquire the remaining 30 percent of the shares in MOR Förvaltning AB, and to approve Guide Konsult AB's sale of 51 percent - 5.100 shares - of Guide Consulting AS to Harald Aaneby for NOK 1.
