Framfab acquires Springway AB Stockholm, November 17, 1999 Springway has nine employees and develops e- business solutions with focus on creating business value. The consideration is paid in Framfab shares. "Springway's approach and culture are in many ways similar to Framfab's, which is an important part in a successful acquisition.
