Framfab Announces New Management Team Stockholm, January 17, 2000 The new management team will start its work February 1, 2000, if the share holders in Guide Konsult AB accept the offer to tender all shares to Framfab. If it's accepted, the new management team will consist of Jonas Birgersson, CEO, Johan Haeggman, CFO, Peter Svanfeldt, VP Client Development, Johan de Verdier, VP Swedish Operations, Johan Wall, EVP International Operations, Martin Anderlind, VP Market Communications, Sofia Ericsson, VP Mergers & Acquisitions, Mattias Söderhielm, CSO Chief Strategy Officer, Jonas Norrbom, VP Integration, and Tim Frank Andersen, VP International Sales & Marketing.
