Framfab develops global tool for Volvo Car Corporation On a commission from Volvo Car Corporation, Framfab has developed a solution for the collection, distribution and management of information about potential customers. The Web-based solution, which includes a global technical platform, is designed to ensure that existing and potential customers receive a rapid response from the company's representatives. "We have high hopes that the new platform will help us to provide even better service to everyone who contacts Volvo Cars," explains Dag Runar Pedersen, Project Manager with Volvo Car Corporation. The Web-based solution provides improved control of the processes that transform a potential buyer into a customer and contains new options for supporting the activities of resellers. The new platform also manages what are known as prospects collected from other sources than the Web, and supports Call Centers and the Volvo Car Corporation network of resellers. The platform will initially be launched on the European market in October. "We are proud that Volvo Car Corporation has entrusted us with the development of yet another mission-critical solution, and we look forward to continuing to develop the platform," says Johan Wall, CEO of Framfab.
