Framfab expands into the United States Stockholm, Sweden, December 16, 1999 eBizApps.com's experienced management team will launch Framfab's expansion into the U.S. eBizApps.com was established in May 1999 and has rapidly grown to 15 employees. The Palo Alto based company specializes in eBusiness solutions. eBizApps.com's services include Internet strategy consulting, eBusiness applications development, and backend systems integration. Current clients include Stanford University, WallStreetDirect.com, DaimlerChrysler, PlanetArts.com, and MyTradeIn.com. eBizApps.com is Framfab's first acquisition in the U.S and will be the base for further expansion. With this purchase, and the recently announced acquisitions of Mindfact in Germany and Guide in Sweden, Framfab will have more than 1,500 employees with operations in seven countries. This will make Framfab the world's third largest Internet Professional Services Firm. Framfab acquires 100 percent of eBizApps.com with shares. An additional performance based incentive will also be paid in Framfab shares. The U.S. subsidiary will use the name Framfab.
