Framfab/Guide offer implemented Stockholm January 28, 2000 Framfab has therefore decided to implement the offer. At the expiration of the acceptance period, shareholders representing 97 percent of the share capital and 98 percent of the votes in Guide had accepted the offer. "I'm thrilled that the shareholders in Guide so positively have accepted the offer. Shares in Framfab will be delivered to those who have accepted the offer so far on or about February 10, 2000, after which trading in these may commence. Furthermore, Framfab has decided to extend the acceptance period for the offer up to and including February 10, 2000. Shareholders in Guide accepting the offer during the extended acceptance period will receive new Framfab shares on or about February 25, 2000. Framfab intends to initiate a compulsory acquisition process as soon as conditions for this are met.
