Framfab has divested its advertising agency in Copenhagen. The divestment is a result of Framfab´s new strategy to focus on core business - internet services. Framfab divests the advertising agency that is established under the name Halbye, Kaag & Framfab A/S. Buyers are the present management. This management intends to continue running the advertising agency under the name Halbye & Kaag A/S. Framfab continues to work together with the advertising agency and will also actively look for new joint projects in the future. The clients of nor Framfab or Halbye, Kaag & Framfab will be effected by the deal.
