Framfab Has Secured SEK 158 Million in the First New Share Issue Strategic investors have subscribed to a total of SEK 158 million in the first of two issues of new shares that Framfab has announced. This will be announced by the company today at the shareholders meeting. "This is extremely positive for the company. We continue to have positive discussions with investors and feel confident that the issue of new shares will be successful and that we will raise a total of SEK 175 million", said Sven Skarendahl, Chairman Framfab. After the completion of the directed issue of new shares, a second phase commences, an issue of new shares with pre-emption rights for existing shareholders amounting to a maximum of SEK 150 million. A number of major private shareholders of Framfab have already announced their intention to subscribe in this issue of new shares. These shareholders include Johan Wall, CEO, Sven Skarendahl, Chairman, Ken Ceder, Peter Svanfeldt, Mattias Söderhielm, among others. The issue of new shares with pre-emption rights for existing shareholders will only take place if all 175 million shares are subscribed to in the directed issue of new shares and if the extraordinary shareholders' meeting approves the decision of the board to issue the new shares.
