Framfab's Board of Directors proposes a global option program for the employees At the Extra General Meeting on 28 September 2000, the Board of Directors of Framtidsfabriken AB (publ) will propose a global option program for the employees. By launching a competitive international option program, the company will improve its possibilities to retain and recruit qualified employees in all countries were Framfab has operations. Framfab has over 2 570 employees in eight European countries and USA. The Board's proposal is to give the Group's employees stockoptions with the right to subscribe for new shares in Framfab. The options will be free of charge for the employees. The employee will have the opportunity to use the options to subscribe for new shares at the earliest one year and at the latest four years from the date the options are issued, given that the employee is still within the Group. Full subscription of these options will increase the capital stock with approximately 7.0 per cent of the capital stock. In connection with this, earlier issued non sold warrants with the right to subscribe for approximately 6.5 million shares will be terminated.
