Framfab's New Issue Fully Subscribed In Framfab's rights issue with preferential rights, which was concluded on June 19, 2001, shares in an amount of SEK 150 million were subscribed, of which 83.5% were subscribed on the basis of preferential rights. Accordingly, the new issue is now fully subscribed and successfully completed. In May, Framfab completed a directed issue of new shares in an amount of SEK 175 million, which was oversubscribed. Accordingly, the terms and conditions for both issues have been fulfilled, whereby the total proceeds for Framfab will amount to SEK 325 million, before issue expenses. Subscribers of the two issues include both institutional and private shareholders, such as Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget Skandia, Antfactory, Sven Skarendahl (Chairman of the Board of Framfab), Johan Wall (CEO of Framfab) and a number of other senior executives and founders of Framfab.
