Framfab Summons an Extraordinary General Meeting Framfab's board summons an extraordinary general meeting to decide on the following recommendations of the board: - Split of share certificate 8:1 - Change in the articles of association concerning size of share capital The board of directors in Framtidsfabriken AB ("Framfab") summons an extraordinary general meeting for January 19, 2000. The Summons will be published on December 20 in Svenska Dagbladet, and Post och Inrikes Tidningar. The board recommends the general meeting to decide on a split of share certificates 8:1 meaning 1 share is split into 8 shares. Further the board recommends that the articles of association be changed so that the share face value amounts to 0,10 SEK, and that the capital stock amounts to a minimum of 13 MSEK, and a maximum of 52 MSEK.
