Framfab to be Quoted on Attract40

From July 1, 2005, Framfab AB (publ) shares will be quoted on the Attract40 list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbol FRAM

The purpose of Attract40 is to highlight O list shares that are attractive, primarily to foreign investors and Swedish retail investors. Investors, and not the Exchange, determine which companies are included in Attract40. The selection is based on trading statistics during the most recent half-year's period and the fundamental parameter is the turnover rate in the Company's shares, which reflects the market's interest in the Company.
