Framfab to sell Dimac AB - again On 4 July, Framfab entered into a contract relating to the sale of software company Dimac AB to Dropside Technologies Limited. However, Dropside has failed to fulfil its undertakings in accordance with this contract. Consequently, Framfab has found a new buyer for Dimac AB. Today, Framfab has entered into an agreement relating to the sale of shares in Dimac AB to Jonas Hedberg, who has plenty of experience of the information technology industry.
