Framfab wins Cyber Lion Grand Prix with nikefootball.com Tuesday night Framfab and Nike Europe won the prestigious Grand Prix in the Cyber Lions category with the website www.nikefootball.com, at the international advertising festival in Cannes. Grand Prix is the most prestigious prize in the Internet category. Framfab received the prize for the website www.nikefootball.com, a website for all young football players in Europe that has had more then 2 million visitors since the launch in April this year. The jury picked www.nikefootball.com out of more than 1000 entered websites. The jury commented that the site was awarded for a deep, involving, thoroughly designed, extremely creative and beautiful website. www.nikefootball.com is part of one of Nike's most integrated marketing campaigns ever. The campaign involves an exiting TV campaign, outdoor advertising, more than 500 Internet cafées and 6 Nike parks all over Europe. The website has so far presented, among other things, live chat with some of Europe's top football players and a game with the same story as in the TV commercials. The co-operation between Nike and Framfab is now expanding - the website has four new games that are testing the user's football skills just like the interactive games at the Nike Parks. You can also find a "gear shop" where the European consumer can order Nike products online. This is the 47 th international advertising festival in Cannes (www.canneslions.com) and for the third year there is a special category for online communication in the category Cyber Lions. "This prize confirms the creative competence of Framfab and is very important in this business. It strengthens our possibility to attract the large multinational clients as well as key personnel", says Jonas Birgersson, CEO Framfab.
