Insiders in Framfab change their holding

Insiders in Framfab change their holding Six of Framfab's with the Financial Supervisory Authority (the "FSA") registered insiders today announce changes of their holding of shares. The six people are: Anders Almquist, Group Controller, who has sold 155.592 shares, corresponding to 28 per cent of his holding. As a result his holding now amounts to 400.000 shares. Ken Ceder, member of the board, who has sold 600.000 shares, corresponding to 14,3 per cent of his holding. As a result his holding now amounts to 3.612.000 shares. Paul Saffo, member of the board, who has sold 53.176 shares, corresponding to 21.0 per cent of his holding in shares and warrants. As a result his holding now amounts to 2.168 shares and 200.000 warrants. Johan Wall, member of the board and Executive Vice President, who has sold 647.280 shares, corresponding to 9.8 per cent of his holding. As a result his holding now amounts to 5.964.816 shares. Mattias Söderhielm, Vice President, and his wife, who has sold 485.000 shares, corresponding to 9.9 per cent of his holding. As a result his holding now amounts to 4.426.568 shares. Sven Skarendahl, member of the board, who has sold 375.000 shares, corresponding to 28.5 per cent of his holding. As a result his holding now amounts to 939.704 shares. No other person in the board or the management has sold any shares. "This change in holding has by no means altered the involved person's engagement in Framfab.
