Major Shareholders Will Subscribe to Framfab's Issue of New Shares The major private shareholders of Framfab are very positive to subscribing to their shares in the issue of new shares. This goes for Johan Wall, CEO, Sven Skarendahl, Chairman, Mattias Söderhielm, and Peter Svanfeldt, among others. "It is a matter of course for me to invest in the company. I believe in Framfab," said Johan Wall, CEO Framfab. In just two days, Framfab has received commitments to subscribe for more than a third of the directed issue of new shares. This means that 65 million of the 175 million are confirmed. "We are now in discussions with a number of strategic and institutional investors. We are happy to be able to present the first results already now," said Sven Skarendahl, Chairman Framfab. The announced issue of new shares that will give Framfab a total of SEK 325 million is divided into two phases. The first part is a directed issue of new shares to institutional and strategic investors amounting to SEK 175 million. This first part is a prerequisite of the second phase, which is an issue of new shares with pre-emption rights for existing amounting to SEK 150 million.
