New member of Framfab's board

New member of Framfab's board. Meg Tivéus, the President of Svenska Spel AB, will be put forward as a new member of the Board of Directors at the annual general meeting to be held on May 2, 2000. Shareholders representing about 25 percent of the total votes have announced that they will be in favour of the following motions to be passed at the AGM: * Motion: that until the conclusion of the next general meeting, the members of the Board of Directors shall number seven, and that no deputies shall be appointed. * Motion: that the following persons shall be re-elected as members of the Board of Directors: Carl Wilhelm Ros, Jonas Birgersson, Ken Ceder, Paul L. Saffo III, Sven Skarendahl and Johan Wall. That Meg Tivéus shall be elected as new member of the Board of Directors. Bertil Villard has declined re-election due to his engagement in Alfred Berg ABN-AMRO.
