Framfab’s nominating committee – consisting of Gunnar Ek (Swedish Association of Share Investors), Markus Winkler (chairman of the board of Vermoegensverwaltungs-Gesellschaft Zürich) and Sven Skarendahl (chairman of the board of Framfab AB) – are proposing the following Board members to the April 7 annual general meeting to be held at the Clarion Hotel in Stockholm. About Katarina G. Bonde Ms. Bonde has extensive international experience at leading positions in the United States and Europe. She is Managing Director of Kubi LLC (United States), which invests in technology companies as well as providing international board and management consulting. Ms. Bonde is former CEO of UniSite Software Inc., a manufacturer of web management and wireless software that she financed with venture capital and divested in 2003. In 1997, Ms. Bonde became Executive Vice President of Captura Software Inc. She built up the company in the United States, Europe and Australia, raising over USD 100 million in venture capital before its merger with Concur Technologies (CNQR). Other previous positions include Director, Vice President and Sales and Marketing Manager with companies such as Dun & Bradstreet Software Inc., Timeline Software Programator Industri AB and Digital Equipment AB. Ms. Bonde is currently on the boards of Netreflector Inc., ExpensePath Inc., the Seattle Opera, Seraph Capital, the Center for Women and Democracy at the University of Washington, the Sigvard and Marianne Bernadotte Artist’s Foundation and the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C.
