The new Framfab warrants programme The subscription to the warrants programme determined by the extraordinary general meeting will be undertaken during the period 3 April 2000 up to and including 18 April 2000. The extraordinary general meeting decided to offer warrants for the use of recruiting and maintaining key personnel, thereby barring the preferential right of the shareholders. For this purpose, Framtidsfabriken AB will raise an interest-bearing loan amounting to a maximum nominal value of SEK 100 000 through a share issue of max ten promissory notes, each comprising 320 000 immediately separable options for subscription of shares in the company. The company's share capital will thereby be increased by max SEK 320 000, which will result in a dilution of approximately 2.2 per cent of the company's share capital and votes. Together with the existing warrants programmes, the corresponding dilution will amount to approximately 9.5 per cent. The issue price shall be 180 per cent of the average figure of the highest and lowest price paid on each business day from April 3, year 2000, up to and including April 7, year 2000, for the company on the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange.
