SOHO CREATES COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
Currently the creative commercial environment in Soho is experiencing significant activity having not so many years ago lost its gravitas in this sector.
Soho has always entertained the advertising, film /TV, audio and media business world. However when the economy took a downturn many of these businesses moved away from the West End.
We are currently experiencing a flurry of transactions which have completed in letting to TV companies, a post production organisation, a casting media team and a fashion company’s HQ who have occupied Retail and Office space. Dean Street, Frith Street, Poland Street and Noel Street are some of the locations which have benefitted.
We welcome the Soho Create festival coming in June which will enhance this vibrant exciting location returning it to its former colour and glory.
