BRAbank ASA: BRA-ME - Subsequent issue cancelled

Reference is made to announcement from BRAbank ASA ("BRAbank") 10 March 2020 regarding completed private placement of NOK 65 million and subsequent offering of up to NOK 30 million (the "Subsequent Offering"). The board of BRAbank has decided not to proceed with the Subsequent Offering due to the market conditions. In making this decision, the board has noted that the subscription price in the Subsequent Offering was NOK 0.50 per share, and that BRAbank's share is currently trading well below this level at Merkur Market. Shareholders wishing to increase their relative holdings may therefore purchase shares in the market at the available price.
