Monobank ASA: Appointment of new CFO

Bergen, 7 May 2019: Monobank ASA refers to the stock exchange release dated 27 February 2018 regarding temporary changes to the management team.

Monobank today announces that Mr. Hans Ljøen is appointed new Chief Financial Officer of Monobank ASA effective 13 May 2019. The acting CFO, Torbjørn Botnevik, will take on the role as project lead in the upcoming integration process with BRAbank ASA.

Hans Ljøen comes from the position as Chief Risk Officer of Monobank for 4 years. He has previous financial industry experience at Nordea Bank and earlier in his career he worked at PWC within audit and consulting. Ljøen earned a Certified European Financial Analyst degree and a Master in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
