LeadDesk chosen as the customer service solution provider for The Norwegian Directorate for Immigration (UDI)

The Norwegian Directorate for Immigration (UDI) has decided to award LeadDesk Plc’s Norwegian subsidiary LeadDesk Solutions AS the contract in their public procurement tender for a contact and customer follow-up system.
The contract's overall value is approximately EUR 1,400 thousand (NOK 17,100 thousand) over a four-year period. The contract also includes an extension option.
According to the announcement letter: “LeadDesk met our set requirements and showed a very good understanding of the assignment.”
LeadDesk will provide UDI with a solution that consists of the LeadDesk Omni customer service system and the Calabrio Workforce Management Suite. The solution will cover UDI’s need for a holistic contact and customer follow-up system for their guidance service, switchboard, user support, as well as the press and public relations team.
