The Norwegian Directorate for Immigration (UDI) has decided to award LeadDesk Plc’s Norwegian subsidiary LeadDesk Solutions AS the contract in their public procurement tender for a contact and customer follow-up system.

The contract's overall value is approximately EUR 1,400 thousand (NOK 17,100 thousand) over a four-year period. The contract also includes an extension option.

According to the announcement letter: “LeadDesk met our set requirements and showed a very good understanding of the assignment.”

LeadDesk will provide UDI with a solution that consists of the LeadDesk Omni customer service system and the Calabrio Workforce Management Suite. The solution will cover UDI’s need for a holistic contact and 
customer follow-up system for their guidance service, switchboard, user support, as well as the press and public relations team.
