LeadDesk enters a significant contract for the provision of a customer service solution to CrossPoint’s enterprise client

SaaS contact center vendor LeadDesk will deliver a customer service solution with IT powerhouse CrossPoint Technology Solutions (a leading ICT Managed Services Provider) to one of CrossPoint’s multinational enterprise customers.

The value of the three-year deal will range from 800,000–2,000,000 EUR. The total value of the contract is defined by the deployed number of users of the customer service solution. The number of users has the potential to grow to several thousands.

During the first phase of the contract, more than 1,500 customer service agents will start using the LeadDesk solution.

CrossPoint Technology Solutions will introduce the LeadDesk solution to new markets. The solution will be deployed in, among others, Singapore and Australia.
