LeadDesk to deliver a callback service for the Finnish Student Health Service

SaaS contact center software vendor LeadDesk will soon start providing a callback service to Finnish Student Health Service (FSHS). The callback service will help reduce the queues at FSHS’s booking and customer service empowering students with faster access to FSHS’s valuable services.

The overall value of the contract is approximately 500,000 EUR over a three year period, with option for two additional years. FSHS chose LeadDesk via a public tender. FSHS is not a totally new customer to the LeadDesk Group, as they have already been using the chatbot solution of GetJenny. LeadDesk acquired GetJenny in July 2021.
