LeadDesk to deliver a callback system for Istekki Ltd

SaaS contact center software vendor LeadDesk has been awarded a contract to deliver a callback system to Istekki Ltd. Istekki is a Finnish IT and health technology service provider co-owned by several cities, municipalities, joint authorities for health and wellbeing, and healthcare districts.

Istekki selected LeadDesk via a public tender. The contract is a natural extension of the current cooperation between Istekki and LeadDesk. The contract enables Istekki to resell the LeadDesk system to its customer owners and the value of the contract depends on how many of Istekki´s customer owners take the solution into use during the contract period.
