Mika Matikainen to head LeadDesk’s internationally growing enterprise sales

M.Sc. (Tech.), MBA Mika Matikainen has been appointed as the Vice President in charge of Enterprise Sales at LeadDesk Oyj. Matikainen also joins the company’s management team. LeadDesk offers a cloud-based software for high volume customer service and sales and is listed on Nasdaq First North.
Matikainen has had an extensive career in management positions in the IT industry. He has spent the last three years as the Sales and Marketing Director of IT systems integrator Proact Finland Oy. Before that, he has worked as Finland’s Country Manager for Fortune 500 companies such Dell EMC and NetApp.

LeadDesk’s enterprise sales now expands beyond Finland’s borders
In Finland, LeadDesk has already served larger businesses and organisations. In other markets, the focus has so far been on smaller accounts with shorter sales cycles.
