SaaS contact center software vendor LeadDesk will deliver a customer service solution to the Päijät-Häme Joint Authority for Health and Wellbeing. Central to the customer service solution for example a modern new callback system. The new system will integrate tightly with the switchboard service.

The overall value of the contract is approximately 1,280,000 EUR over a four-year period. The Päijät-Häme joint authority chose LeadDesk via a public tender.

“Like the Finnish Student Health Service deal we released earlier, the agreement with Päijät-Häme is a sign of our strong proficiency in serving the health and social services sectors. The customer service solution plays a critical role in assessing the need for treatment. The LeadDesk system is reliable and well-equipped to handle that demanding role,” comments Mika Matikainen, LeadDesk’s VP of Enterprise Sales.
