Henrik Fagrenius is leaving his role as CEO of LEAX Group for a new position outside the group.

Henrik Fagrenius was employed as deputy CEO in 2016. He has served as the CEO of LEAX Group since 2017 and is now leaving that position at his own request. He will formally leave LEAX during the second half of 2020.

- I would like to thank Henrik for his valuable service as the CEO of LEAX. His experience and skill set have been important for LEAX’ development the past few years. Henrik’s leadership has been very beneficial for the group, not least in developing the strong platform we now have in electrification, says Roger Berggren, Chairman of LEAX Group.

- It has been fantastic to lead LEAX during these eventful years. LEAX has a stable structure and the company is in good shape with a strong market position with a positive outlook. It has not been an easy decision, but it is time for me to take on new challenges, says Henrik Fagrenius.

The process to recruit a successor to Henrik Fagrenius has been initiated. Roger Berggren, currently Chairman of LEAX Group, will step in as interim CEO until a permanent new CEO takes on the position and Deputy Chairman Lars Davidsson replaces Roger Berggren as Chairman of the Board during the said period.
