LEAX Group appoints new Chief Financial Officer
Ulrika Hellberg has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for LEAX Group.
As CFO, Ulrika Hellberg will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Henrik Fagrenius, and be a member of the Group Management Team. She will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company focusing on developing LEAX to meet the challenges the company will be facing in the future.
“We are excited to have Ulrika join the company as we continue to transform for the future” says Henrik Fagrenius. “Ulrika brings extensive financial, operational, and strategic experience. This, combined with her deep know-how will be a huge asset to LEAX as we continue to grow”.
Ulrika Hellberg transfers from Scania after 20 years. She has great international experience and has an extensive background as Business Controller. In addition to that, Ulrika worked several years as Head of Financial Reporting and Control as well as Finance Director for South East Asia at Scania which enabled her to gain deeper knowledge in financial strategy, business planning, risk control and management of special markets.

Ulrika will start her new position at LEAX on December 1, 2018.
LEAX’s current CFO, Tobias Hägglöv, will continue until September 30, 2018. After that, Henrik Fagrenius, CEO, will be responsible for the financial reporting until Ulrika takes over as CFO.
