LEAX publish Annual Report for 2023
The year 2023 has been a continuation of our journey through both challenges and successes. Despite the continued uncertainty that characterises the global economy, LEAX has continued to demonstrate strength and resilience.
We are facing a time of rapid change and complexity, where our ability to adapt is critical to our success. Over the past year, we have successfully executed our long-term strategy to diversify our markets and develop products with higher technology content. This has resulted in an increase in net sales to SEK 2 182.5 million, an impressive 13.5% increase compared to the previous year.
We have seen positive results from our efforts, particularly in the heavy commercial vehicle market where we have experienced increased demand and more stable volumes. Despite this, we have also faced challenges, particularly in sales of components for electric vehicles and some other market segments.
Our operating profit for the full year 2023 has increased significantly to SEK 43.5 million, which is a clear indication of our ability to effectively manage both volatility and inflation. By focusing on cost recovery and adapting to changing market conditions, we have managed to increase our profitability and strengthen our position in the industry.
