Change in the Board of Directors

Board member Frederik Bruhn-Petersen has decided to step down from the board of directors of LED iBond International A/S due to his decision to enjoy a long world tour with his wife.

The lengthy tour of many months in remote areas does not allow him to fulfill his duties as board member and he will therefore step down and at the same time allow new capabilities to be added to LED iBond’s board.

Chairman Michael Brag thanks Frederik Bruhn-Petersen for his contributions to LED iBond International A/S as board member since 2018 and says: “We thank Frederik for his considerable contributions to the development of LED iBond, both as board member and as a large shareholder. We have initiated a search for a new board member having international experience, network, and knowledge within the vertical farming market.”
