LED iBond’s recently appointed CFO to step down

Today, Carl Peter Nielsen has informed the company that he has decided to resign from his position as CFO of LED iBond International A/S. His last day in office will be 30 April 2022, after which he will be available to the company in a consultative capacity for a period of time.

The company has initiated the search for a new CFO.
