Product Delivery Agreement signed with ISS
LED VirusKill A/S, a spin-off company owned 45% by LED iBond International A/S (LED iBond), has entered into a global agreement with ISS World Services A/S, a leading global workplace experience and facility management company. The agreement follows thorough testing and product development input from ISS. According to the agreement, ISS will include puriZAP in its internal catalogue of tools and products available to purchase for ISS facility management operators around the world.
The agreement includes no obligations for ISS to purchase. As such, it is too early to assess the specific financial implications, if any, and hence the announcement does not change the financial outlook for LED iBond.
puriZAP is a unique and cutting-edge UV-C LED handheld disinfection device manufactured by LED iBond. It was introduced on the market in 2020 as an efficient, sustainable and flexible tool for disinfection of objects and surfaces, for instance in the office, retail, hospitality and healthcare sectors. Marketed by LED VirusKill, the puriZAP device is based on LED iBond’s patented technology platform.
