COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 99

As stated in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2024, cf. Company Announcement no. 97 of 2 April 2024, the Board of Director’s hereby proposes new candidates for election to the Board of Directors.

Board member Martin Kjær Hansen and Jeppe Tanggaard Jacobsen have decided to step down due to new job commitments.

Michael Brag, chairman of the board, thanks Martin Kjær Hansen and Jeppe Tanggaard Jacobsen for their contributions to LED iBond International A/S as board members since 2021 and 2022 respectively and says: “both Martin and Jeppe has provided considerable contributions to the commercial and structural development of LED iBond over the last years, and I wish them all the best going forward on their paths.”.

Further, Michael Brag adds: “We have conducted a search for new board members with extensive sales, industrial, technological, and international experience as well as network and knowledge within our verticals. With the three suggested new candidates I feel confident of the supportive and accumulated competences at board level to support the development of LED iBond.

We had originally proposed to elect 3 members to the board, but we have added one member to further ensure all the right competencies across functions are present to execute on the expansion and internationalisation strategy.”

Presentation of proposals for new board members:

Christel Kniep

On the board Christel Kniep contributes with knowledge of international sales- and marketing-strategic planning, sales excellence, market- and channel development. Christel has a background as CCO and CEO in both Danish and German companies. Christel has experience from scaling up SMEs with core businesses in trading as well as manufacturing. Christel Kniep holds a Master's degree in Economics and International Business Administration, Diploma in Marketing and a Top Governance in Strategic Management.

Henrik Mørch

Henrik Mørch has many years of experience in various roles in the transportation and logistics industry, including as General Manager at Blue Water Shipping and CEO of DSV Solutions. Alongside various positions of trust, such as chairman of the board for Elwis Royal and Nilotech, he works as COO for Combineering. Combineering is a green tech development company that promotes the circular economy. He will contribute with experience in supply chain and production, as well as strategy, management, and sales.

Michael Winther

Michael Winther comes with extensive and important insight and experience from the Horticulture industry and has more than twenty years of experience in various leadership positions as both CEO and CCO and is currently serving as the CEO of a Danish manufacturing company. Michael's experience spans across different types of companies, including high-tech firms and more industrialised manufacturing businesses. In various contexts, Michael has been responsible for mergers and acquisitions between companies and has also led several turnaround initiatives. Michael has pursued two educational paths, one in low-voltage engineering and the other in higher commercial education.
