Ledstiernan has 9 % holding in Landsteinar SystemPartner As previously announced today, Ledstiernan's portfolio company Landsteinar Svenska AB has signed a letter of intent along with Landsteinar International and Dansk Systempartner A/S where by these three companies have agreed to merge. The new, merged company will be known as Landsteinar SystemPartner. Once the merger has been completed, Ledstiernan will have a 9 per cent shareholding. The other main shareholders will be Peter Sander Larsen, President of Dansk Systempartner, with a 28 per cent interest, and Icelandic Software Fund, which will own 8.22 per cent.
