The global offering will consist of a public offering in Sweden to retail investors and an international institutional offering to institutional investors inside and outside of Sweden. It is anticipated that the offering will be completed before the summer assuming normal market conditions. Ledstiernan expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to satisfy funding requirements in existing investments and for further investments in seed and venture capital companies in telecommunications, information technology, media and entertainment (the "TIME sector"). Ledstiernan´s strategy is to invest 50% of its assets in mobile Internet and applications with high international growth potential.
