Ledstiernan's portfolio company Incomit appoints new Chairman and new members to its Board of Directors Incomit AB's new chairman and members of the board, reinforce the company's position as a leader in the emerging area of Next-Generation Telecom Services platforms. They bring extensive experience from the telecom and IT industries where they have held several executive-level positions in international corporations. Kaj Juul-Pedersen, former President of Ericsson in Denmark, later Telia in Denmark and Chairman of the board at Netia Holding (Nasdaq:NTIA), has been appointed as Incomit's new chairman of the board. Håkan Persson, Executive Vice President of AU-System AB; and Jan Snygg, Senior Partner of Ledstiernan AB and former Director of Strategies and Business Development at Ericsson Mobile Systems; have been appointed to the board of directors. Kaj Juul-Pedersen has 30 years of international experience from the telecom industry and has held several high-level management positions.
