After Anne Korkiakoski resigned from Lehto’s Board of Director’s on July 11, 2023, Korkiakoski has returned 40,255 shares to the company from the company's shares she received as part of the Board's yearly remuneration.

Following the transfer, Lehto Group Plc holds a total of 74,596 of its own shares.
