Lehto Group Plc: Lehto and Citycon continue negotiating an agreement for construction of Lippulaiva shopping center

Lehto Group Plc. (“Lehto”) and Citycon Plc. have decided to continue negotiating an agreement for construction of Lippulaiva shopping center in Espoo.

On April 11, 2018 Lehto reported that Lehto and Citycon Plc. continue the development and planning of the Lippulaiva shopping center and aim to sign the final agreements on construction and housing development by the end of May 2018. The agreements were not made by end of May but parties have agreed to continue negotiations. Groundworks of the Lippulaiva shopping centre continue as planned as part of an existing and separate contract between Lehto and Citycon.

Continuation of the negotiations does not have significant effect on Lehto’s net sales and operating profit in year 2018 and it does not change the financial outlook published earlier by Lehto.
