Lehto Group Plc: Lehto Group postpones the publication date of the January-September 2023 business review

Lehto Group Plc (“Lehto”) announced earlier today 23 October 2023 that it has signed a letter of intent concerning the sale of its operative subsidiaries ("Transaction”). Lehto estimates that it is likely that the Transaction will be consummated during 2023. In its January-September 2023 business review, Lehto will present the businesses intended for sale as non-continuing businesses and the assets and liabilities related to those businesses as assets and liabilities held for sale.
 

Lehto has previously announced that it will publish the January-September 2023 business review on 26 October 2023. Due to the amount of work required to prepare the financial information relating to the businesses intended for sale as well as to the assets and liabilities relating thereto, Lehto is postponing the publication date of the January-September 2023 business review. The new publication date is 9 November 2023.
