New share symbol

New share symbol As a consequence of the name-change of LGP Telecom Holding AB to LGP Allgon Holding AB, the short name of the share, the symbol, has been changed to "LGPA." LGP Telecom Holding AB acquired Allgon AB during 2003. The merged company changed its name to LGP Allgon Holding AB following a resolution at an extra general meeting of shareholders held October 16, 2003. The Swedish Patent and Registration Office approved the change in November. The new symbol will be seen in Stockholmsbörsen's (the Stockholm Stock Exchange) lists starting today, November 19, 2003. The share's symbol is "LGPA."
