Lifco acquires Dental Grupa D.O.O.

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the Croatian company Dental Grupa. The company is a leading distributor of dental equipment and consumables in Croatia.

In 2019, Dental Grupa reported net sales of approximately 66 MHRK. The company is based in Umag, Croatia and has around 40 employees. The business will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
