Lifco proposes 5:1 share split
Lifco’s Board of Directors will propose the Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on 23 April 2021, to resolve on a 5:1 split of the company’s shares.
The Board of Directors of Lifco will propose the AGM to resolve on a split of the company’s shares, whereby each existing share is divided into five new shares of the same share class. The Board of Directors shall be authorized to determine the record date with Euroclear Sweden AB for the share split. The record date is to be announced separately.
The AGM is to be held on Friday 23 April 2021, at 11.00 a.m. CET. The notice to the meeting will be announced not later than four weeks ahead of the AGM.
