Lifco acquires Consys GmbH

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in German Consys GmbH. Consys develops, sells and supports dental software to dentists in Germany. In 2019, Consys reported net sales of approximately 1,9 MEUR. The business is based in Munich, Germany and has nine employees. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year. Please visit www.consys.de for more information.
